Project Objective
To grasp the skills of using multimedia tools in Adobe Photoshop CS4 by creating a eWallpaper.The eWallpaper theme was Multimedia University,Faculty of Management(FOM) Open Day dated 21st March 2009.In this wallpaper,was purposely promoting FOM to public and provide them some information about the course that offered by FOM and making the smart choice.

Approach
My idea was design the wallpaper on Landscape size 1024x768.And as I mentioned earlier,the wallpaper will be as simple as possible but content rich as well.Others than simple,my ideas was to use bright background,will create awareness/drop attention/attract public.

The main point in the wallpaper was MMU FOM OPEN DAY dated 21st March 2009 which I will place it at the upper left of the wallpaper.The ideas was come from the magezine.Most of the magazine title was on the top,myself think that was very attrative and able to attract more public.For the title,might using some extra brushes/vector which may download.

The sub-point for the wallpaper was the course that offered by MMU FOM. For the sub-point,i will use darker and colorful fonts. Which will create a contrast between background and the fonts.And will use a bit line drawing tools as well.

Ok,now for the graphic part.

The front layer will be GREEN.Which the idea come from recently hot topic which is GO GREEN.Most of the multinational company was very emphasis about that,and it drop my attention toward it.And during the tutorial 4,about the masking,the weeds and fox tail image give me more inpiring to use GREEN and grass picture.So,will captured some grass pic put as front layer.

And the backgound graphic will be MMU FOM building and MMU Cyberjaya main entrance,which the pic will captured on Monday (2nd March 2009).

Other than that,MMU e-bee and MMU logo will grabs from MMU site or through Google Image search.Which the logo will be put together with the "TM university" at the lower left of the wallpaper.And the e-bee will put together with the title and will made it outer grow.

I was thinking to captured to captured the sun rise in MMU FOM building as well,which bring the meaning of HOPE and Bright Future.

Milestones

23-28 Feb 2009:
Thinking idea and Brainstroming about the theme of wallpaper.How?By Google Search,hanging at MPH,Kinokuniya,Borders and Popular.And finally the idea was come from wallpaper website and the NEC GO GREEN concept.

2 March 2009:
Picture hunting at MMU.The picture going to shoot was
1.MMU Cyberjaya new main entrance (day time and night)
2.Sun rise at MMU FOM building
3.Grass,or maybe weeds

3-6 March 2009:
Photo editing for the photo that captured on 2nd March 2009.And will refer to some tutorial at web as well.Brushes searching was doing on the same day as well.Might hunt for more ideas during this period as well.

7-10 March 2009:
Start mixing all the material and begin 1st touching of the wallpaper.Will consult with lec or tutor as well to enchance my photoshop skill and their comments is important as well.Final touch will be done after consult with lec and tutor.
